What We Do

We train early stage biomedical project teams in how to commercialize their innovations.

The BiocomxC3i Program is based on the Coulter Commercialization Process. Since 2001, thousands of scientists and engineers have gone through this rigorous process of ideas and technologies validation as they pursue their passions to bring the latest biomedical innovations to the market.

Example of how the course works

The BiocomxC3i program is designed to provide innovators with the specialized business framework and essential tools for successful translation of biomedical technologies from lab to market.

The BiocomxC3i, a 24-week intensive program, will provide you with a step-by-step roadmap for how to take your project from lab to market.

As you progress through the program, you will be able to critically self-reflect on the following 5 questions:

  • Is there a compelling, unmet market need for my proposed solution?
  • Is my solution a viable business opportunity?
  • What are the regulations and what experiments do I have to perform?
  • What is the “Value Proposition” for Users, Payers, Regulators and Funding Sources?
  • How to build a business plan and pitch it to potential investors and other business partners?
